Description:

Role Summary:

We currently have an opening within our Client Solutions department which requires the successful candidate to perform tasks associated with entering enrolment data for new eligibility files as well as on-going maintenance of existing eligibility files for group business. 
As an Eligibility Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Ensures all required information is received on applications in the correct format;
  • Corresponds professionally with subscribers and Group Administrators for clarification of information or to obtain missing information in written format for retention purposes;
  • Inputs data from completed enrolment forms into the administration system;
  • Confirms the accuracy of data keyed;
  • Ensures medical underwriting process is triggered on late applicants; and ensures proper authorization is received when requested to waive late applicant status.
As the ideal candidate, you possess the following qualifications:

Education: Post-secondary education in a related field.

Work Experience: Minimum six months experience in an office environment.

Other Qualifications: Excellent keyboarding skills; understanding of group information entered in the enrolment system.

Computer Skills: Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Language Skills:  Bilingualism in English and French is a requirement for this position.
