Role Summary:
In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for sorting and tracking all incoming and outgoing departmental mail.
As a Claims Distribution Analyst, your key responsibilities will include to:
  • Open all incoming  departmental mail;
  • Count and sort incoming departmental mail;
  • Batch and distribute paper claims;
  • Record and update the daily claims report;
  • Track and manage courier services.
As the ideal candidate, you possess the following qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Experience:
Clerical experience considered an asset.

Other Qualifications:
Excellent time management and organizational skills; self-motivated and able to work independently and has the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. The ability to lift up to 12kg.

Computer Skills:
Working knowledge of the Microsoft products.

Language Skills:
Bilingualism is not required.
