Role Summary:

As a member of the Group Administration Workflow team, you will be responsible for the administration of the daily distribution of assigned work, workflows and reports, as well as coordinating the distribution and monitoring of ID cards for our group business. Knowledge of excel is essential to this position as the daily work is recorded using this software application.  You will be responsible for all tasks in the role, and back up for your team. 
As an Administrative Support Analyst your key responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining Co-ordination of Benefits records on our legacy systems(ES/POS/Scepter);
  • Monitoring and distributing daily workflow;
  • Updating and maintaining turnaround time tracking file;
  • Reporting weekly/monthly Customer Service Index statistics;
  • Admin support to Group and Eligibility analysts;
  • Maintaining 3 databases in responding to internal and external clients; and
  • Coordinating the collection and distribution of ID Cards.
As the ideal candidate, you possess the following qualifications:
  • Education: Post secondary education in a related field.
  • Work experience:   Minimum of six months work experience in an office environment.
  • Other Qualifications: The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.  Experience in the Enrolment Systems (MS/ ES) and Scepter would be considered an asset.
  • Computer Skills:   Microsoft Word and Excel with excellent keyboarding skills.
  • Language Skills:  Proficiency in English is required (written & spoken).  French would be an asset.
